Our Christmas sourdough stollen is made with the finest of ingredients. Organic dried fruits and nuts are soaked in brandy and Muldoon whiskey liqueur. The dough is made over two days with ølands flour from Kilkenny and a pinch of carrageen seaweed for a sneaky umami nutritional hit. Inside, you will find a small roll of our frangipane made with organic almonds. It is a biscuity style stollen that keeps for months.

Sarah’s note: My favourite time to eat it at the end of the holiday season when out for long peaceful walk in the mountains with flask of coffee. Yum!

Ingredients
Wheat flour, sourdough starter, milk, organic raisins, organic sweet cherries, sour cherries , organic cranberries, organic lemon and orange peel, organic nibbled almonds, organic ground almonds, brandy, Muldoon whiskey liqueur, sugar, butter, spices, carrigeen, eggs, vanilla extract, almonds extract.
